Tony Metkowski is the Principal Consultant and founder of Vantage Consulting, LLC. With more than 35 years of experience, he is a results-driven expert in Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation/Terms & Conditions and Business Development/Sales.
He has successfully negotiated contracts valued in excess of $20B for Fortune 250 and Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, telecom and semiconductor industries. With half of his career spent in sales roles and the other half in sourcing/supply chain, he is uniquely positioned to understand a deal from both “sides of the table.” Tony has now leveraged this unique perspective with his broad skill set to establish Vantage Consulting to help healthcare companies win more contracts, improve profitability and reduce risk.
He holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology, a MBA in Management, a MS in Engineering Technology Management and is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). Originally from Buffalo, NY, Tony makes the Charlotte, NC area his home with his wife and two daughters.
